These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Braxhedge website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By visiting the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or allocating into an investment plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to register. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
Braxhedge is accessible to qualified members and individuals personally referred by our investors. It is not an open marketplace for the general public. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility, verification, or risk checks are not met.
Investors are allowed one account unless we approve otherwise in writing. If you need an additional account, contact support before creating it. We reserve the right to restrict or block duplicate accounts.
2. Platform services
The Platform provides tools for account management, wallet funding, structured investment plans across digital and traditional markets, transaction history, verification workflows, and affiliate rewards where enabled.
Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance or security events may temporarily limit access. Where practical, we will communicate material outages through the Platform or email.
3. Deposits, withdrawals, and plans
Each deposit is treated as a private transaction between Braxhedge and the investor. Investors decide the size and timing of capital they commit, and they carry out financial transactions at their own discretion and risk.
You may use payment methods and cryptocurrencies accepted by Braxhedge for deposits and withdrawals. Deposit confirmation depends on network conditions, payment-provider processing, and our internal review. Do not send funds to an address or method that is not shown in your authenticated dashboard.
Investment plans have defined parameters shown in the Platform. Returns or credits associated with plans are calculated according to the plan terms presented at allocation. Historical or illustrative figures are not a promise of future results.
Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard and may require completed email verification, KYC/AML checks, and fraud or compliance review. We may delay, refuse, or reverse transactions where we detect risk, inconsistency, or legal restriction.
4. Verification and compliance
To protect the Platform and its users, Braxhedge may require identity verification, source-of-funds information, and ongoing monitoring. Failure to complete requested checks can limit deposits, plan access, or withdrawals.
You agree to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and sanctions rules. You must not use the Platform for unlawful activity, fraud, market abuse, or circumvention of controls. See also our AML/CFT Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, scraping without permission, introducing malware, or impersonating another person.
Affiliate and referral activity must be truthful. Misleading promotions, spam, or deceptive solicitation are prohibited.
6. Anti-spam
We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Unsolicited commercial emails related to Braxhedge services are strictly prohibited. If a law enforcement agency, internet provider, or other entity informs us of possible unlawful conduct or policy violations, we may cooperate fully in any investigation, including disclosing account information as required by law.
7. Risk acknowledgment
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Digital assets and market-linked plans can be volatile. You are responsible for understanding plan parameters before allocating funds and for decisions made in your account.
Braxhedge does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Seek independent advice where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including branding, design, text, and software, is owned by Braxhedge or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for lawful personal or authorized business use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braxhedge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from Platform use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail verification, create unacceptable risk, or if required by law or payment partners. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Outstanding obligations, including compliance holds, survive termination.
11. Amendments
Braxhedge may modify these Terms. Changes are published on the website and take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
